I am now 100% T&P. Army is 50% still on tdrl. Getting CRSC now. When I first applied 3 things that I submitted were approved. They simply put see combat award. I now have evidence and notes from the VA doc that says my back is connected to my IED blast. Should I be resubmitting my claim? If so will I get back pay? Will they put my regular crsc pay on hold? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

You can file a claim with the VA. Ask the VA doc to complete the appropriate DBQ.

I would and let HRC decide, however you will need that doctor to give you a nexus letter to prove it.

The CRSC reconsideration form is Form 12E.

Current CRSC will not be on hold.

Keep in mind that if you are a Chapter 61 retiree, your CRSC cannot exceed the dollar amount of the longevity portion of your retirement pay.
