NMA

My chain of command wrote my NMA and forwarded it to the CO for his comments. I am unsure if he has completed it because my PEBLO, along with my COC, have been out of office recently. Today my lawyer explained that it was very important that someone speak to the CO about the seriousness of my condition, MDD, because it’s common to be found FIT. My chain of command thought they were doing me a favor by writing good things about me. However, I would like to speak to the CO before he completes his portion. Does anyone know if it’s possible for the CO to edit his statement in the NMA after he’s submitted it via E-mebr?
