NO RESULTS AFTER TDRL REVAL???

Hello everyone!
I had my first TDRL reevaluation on MAY 2017. I was discharged from US Navy on JAN 2015. Since I haven't receive any results from the TDRL examination, I decided to call the PEB phone number and spoke with the TDRL representative and she said: "It seems like the board want you to stay another 18 months on TDRL, but you are not going to receive any documentation from us". Is that right?, should I get any paper work where they allow me to accept their decision or appeal it?

Please help!!

Welcome to the PEB Forum! :)

Hmm, unfortunately, the same TDRL exact results happened to me during my second TDRL re-evaluation where as it seems that if the PEB decides to keep you on TDRL for another 18 months then that's within their legal authorization; no appeal is allowed. As such, it's easier and quicker for the TDRL PEB to keep you on TDRL automatically than to make a final decision.

From all of my experiences, all you can potentially do at this particular point now is to immediately contact the TDRL PEB legal office and request their assistance to write an appeal (which is not allowed but you can ask to try anyway). Hope this helps and take care!

Thus, I quite often comment that "possessing well-informed knowledge is truly a powerful equalizer!"

Best Wishes!
