Normal 20 year retirement or PDRL

Update to what is going on...my 3rd MED Board went well. The convening authority recommended a 3rd LIMDU period and it was sent to NPC (navy headquarters) for review. Yesterday, we received a message stating that I was being referred to the PEB and to have the NMA submitted within 15 calendar days. Right now, I have 91 days until I go on terminal leave for my normal retirement, but since I have so much ptdy/terminal leave, I have 217 days until I hit my actual retirement date. I am worried that they won't consider me PFIT since my medical condition is getting worse. My commanding officer (Vice Admiral) wrote me a letter and in the narrative of the NMA said I walk on water and I am doing a great job despite my medical limitations. I am on shore duty in a desk job, so the fact I can't deploy isn't affecting my performance.

Obviously, I want to make it to 20 years in order to get my CRDP. What should I do to make sure I can stay in for the next 217 days and make it to 20 years?
 
Thanks, Jason, I did get confirmation of that as well from PERS. I'm headed to the Med Board in a few weeks. Since I'm in a somewhat remote area, they have to send me to a major medical facility. My question now is, when do I get assigned a PEBLO? I have a ton of questions, but really don't have an idea on who to ask. And according to what I've researched, when the MEB process starts, I'm supposed to be assigned a PEBLO.

Yes, on initiation of the MEB, you should be assigned a PEBLO. Could be, though, that they are going to wait for the "handshake" at the MTF where the MEB will be conducted and the PEBLO will be assigned through that MTF.
