Nov Case Timeline

I hope the same for you.

One other note, don't be afraid to call manpower once you get back your date if you need to. In my case they populated my EAS as a little over 60 days out but I had 70 days of leave saved. My TERA request asked for June and it populated for April. First we called and they agreed to bump it out a month so I can take my leave. After that we realized the retirement type was incorrect and called again. found out my TERA request had not been processed and that date should never have populated so they removed it all together. My requested date actually was approved monday and I go on terminal/ptad on March 27th and officially retire june 30th.
any chance you can give me an example of what your statements were like on your tera request, seems straight forward in the MARADMIN but I don't want to get it kicked back when I submit it esp cause I know how the Marine Corps can be with correspondence

I'm waiting for Pendleton as well. USN. Unfit Dec 12th. Still nothing on the VA website. I call, same response each time. They can't give me an update, there's no notes. Todays day 88. I'm really wishing it's soon. The suspense is only amplifying my horrible MH as it is.

Hope you hear something back early next week. I’m right behind at 80 days now

I was found unfit the day after you. At this point people have been saying between 90-120 days you'll hear something. Hopefully we hear something soon.

So findings are signed and were submitted back to the PEB on 09 March. I will post when EAS updates, to gauge this next timeline

I have almost the same timeline my case was sent to VA for ratings Jan 08 and PEB accepted 02 Nov 22. I have been trying to get an update from my PEBLO for over 2 months. I've sent weekly emails to my PEBLO and MSC and haven't heard anything. any recommendations?

If I had to guess based off other people's timelines, yours should be getting back to you next month. But if you're dying for an update I'd say go into their office or make a VERA appt.

So I am navy, which night account for differing timeliness, but this was what my overall timeline looked like

Referred to IDES: April 28, 2022
Legal Brief: May 5, 2022
C&P Exams Completed: July 6, 2022
Case Sent to PEB: August 10, 2022
Found Unfit and received findings at the same time: March 7, 2022

I keep seeing people on this forum who got the unfit finding long before they got va findings. I got nothing from August until last week. The findings will come. The timelines are just horrible.

Hope you hear something back early next week. I’m right behind at 80 days now
Case showed closed today. I called the 800 # and had them send me the proposed findings. I'm not sure if I got the wrong letter or not but it shows each claim with the proposed ratings. Thus meaning I already know my VA/DOD %'s.

All in all. 96 days with the VA. On to waiting some more.

Congrats! I have it in my mind that I would maybe hear something in about a week. I was on the phone with the VA yesterday and instead of them giving the usual spill of being in the decision phase, they mentioned that the ratings aren’t finalized. So hopefully that’s not a new way to say the same thing and instead it means I’m close to getting the ratings done too

Thanks. Maybe they could see it was in a different stage like waiting on a superior approval or something. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. I'm hoping everything after this goes quick

I Just got off the phone with the VA and they mentioned my claim was in the "decision" phase as of Monday. Anyone know the timeline after this phase?
