I have just finished my MEB at my base and the results just got sent up to the IPEB. The result was that they recommended me for separation/retirement. With that said does the IPEB usually concur with the MEB preformed by the Board at the members base?

Usually, but it always. The PEB can return a person to duty with restrictions. The MEB is all about medical standards. The PEB is a personnel process that looks at the whole person.
And the needs of the service.
