PDBR Questions

Okay, I finally get to have by Survivor Benefits meeting tomorrow :) I just got an email saying I had documents available to download, so I got them and they have information but raised questions. Hopefully I will get answers tomorrow, but I am hoping some of you knowledgeable people may be able to help? So my main question is, I was given a $ amount of my estimated Military Retired pay. (I was E-5 at the time of my discharge and was only allowed to serve 9 1/2 years) Once this goes through, I will be 30% Air Force, but I am 50% VA rated and already receiving that (My severance pay was already 100% paid back). So will the VA offset make is so I don't receive anything form the AF Retirement pay?

I think I may have just answered my own question. Found an article online that says "The exception is retirees who have a VA disability rating of 50% or higher, in which case they are eligible for Concurrent Receipt, in which they can receive full military retirement pay and full VA disability pay." https://themilitarywallet.com/concurrent-receipt-military-retirement-pay/
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but CRDP is limited to those with 20 years or more of service (or TERA retirees, which doesn’t apply to you).
