Just wanted to know if anyone can look at this and help me make sense of it. My PEBLO office had no clue and just said that this was the last document from them. See below for my actual service timeframe.

Not sure where they got the years and months on the PDIR and hopefully someone can make sense of it for me or if I need to work with my retirement services to get it adjusted.
