Peb accepted 6 June

I mean no one has said that but my peblo mentioned at the beginning of the process if he didn’t call me within 30 days then I’m unfit. It’s been 90 days so clearly it’s obvious there’s only one answer to that. My lawyer said I’m definitely unfit though. He also added that 98% of all service members that go through IDES are found unfit.
 
Makes sense. I’d say get our first and resubmit your VA you deserve something in compensation. Did you have that condition before you joined?

No I never experienced any of it till 2021. Not sure why they gave me a 0% but still said service connected lol.
 
That’s odd. At least they deemed it service connected. Without that there’s no severance involved.
 
I dont know what the DOD ratings I will get are but for VA I am 100% for all combined issues. All I needed was to be found unfit so that I can submit my TERA for early retirement.

I hope I’m not in the “2 week later” batch. Lol. Since I got back from the VA 3 days after y’all, but have now been sitting with the PEB phase for >3 (long) months.

At least we all have suffered together

I’m getting anxious myself specially since @ericasue just got hers lol. I also hope my peblo remembers my new phone#.
 
So all went well. I was found unfit 30 dod/100 va. All I needed was unfit so I can do TERA. I have 14 days from today to sign my findings and I will submit my TERA package same day I sign my findings. Within about 2 weeks from then I will have a new EAS date, it will be somewhere between 45-90 days from when I sign my findings. Earliest is November 1 and latest is Dec 15th. I have 60 days of leave that I will probably use for terminal.

Awesome. I also believe the more leave days you have saved the further out your EAS date is pushed.

So if ericasue got hers and they send them in batches hopefully with yours being accepted 7 days before mine I'll get mine when you do or the time after that. Also side note I'm pretty sure it's mainly when the peb accepts it that they'll look at it. As in when the va claim closes it doesn't really effect the peb portion unless the peb finishes before the va does. They were still voting on my case as the va was already finished with there end. Somehow. I was also told from the peblo and msc that the va side won't effect the peb side unless they are late with the claim. But I could be wrong this is all speculations with how my case is going.
