PEB Findings

I was active duty in the Marine Corp from 1992-1997. A Physical Evaluation Board was submitted in early 1997 and I was notified May 1997 that I was unfit for duty.
I have a copy of the letter (Notification Of Decision) but I do not have copy of the findings. Is there a way to get a copy of the findings? If I can get a copy of the PEB findings it would be a major factor in my VA claims. It seems that no one has a copy of the findings and or do not know how I can get a copy. Any help would be appreciated. I have submitted the request through the VA, called Navy personal and National Archives but no luck.

I would recommend contacting Ann Jones at the Navy PEB to request that she check their archived records for your case. It may take a couple of weeks, but she has retrieved cases from many years ago for me. I will send you her direct email by private message.
