PEB FORMAL HEARING

Hello everyone i just had my formal PEB last Friday at 8:00m CST time the reason for my hearing was that on May 21st 2021 i inured both my hands at the wrist area did not seek medical attention at BA taught the pain would ease an go away with some Tylenol but 2 weeks later my left wrist was hurting so bad i could not even hold a cup of coffee to make this short on June 2nd i notify my primary doctor at the VA he recommended that i go to an urgent care facility with x-ray capabilities so i did my X-rays showed no fractured but he gave me a consult to see the Hand Clinic in Miami VA my unit submitted the LOD but it was returned for correction a month went by and my LOD case was closed been going back an fourth with my unit finally we got a new UA i told him my situation he quickly worked on it to get it reopened i had to get surgery on my left hand and had a permanent plate with screws but my hand got worse and had a second surgery this year on January still fighting my LOD well in my PEB hearing they told me that i have enough medical documents from my first visit in June 2021 to present to establish service connection but they said they don't make that decision they just found my unfit for duty. They said they will send all my records to HRC for LOD determination but they see everything will be in my favor how long will it take HRC to make a Determination that way i can get compensation from the VA because they denied it because their was no investigation. Can some give me a time frame for HRC to make a determination.
