PEB open during holidays?

It depends on what you mean by the holiday. For instance, the Navy will stop holding hearings after tomorrow or the next day, but will continue to process cases. Other matters- initial IPEB findings, VARR findings, etc., will continue to be processed, albeit at a more leisurely pace.

Leisurely pace seems to be the standard operating speed of the Navy PEB lol.

I got my NARSUM at the beginning of the shutdown and waited until the shutdown was over to submit to the PEB
