I had my formal PEB today and the results are 30% TDRL for post concussive migraines as a direct result of combat. I have to look up the exact dates for my timeline, but I was referred for an MEB in January and had my formal board this morning, so all things considered, my board process moved along quickly.
The Formal board wasn't as horrible as I had imagined, of course it probably helped that I had a good JAG attorny that seemed to be familar with my case and presented it well to the board.
I am not entirely sure what happens now, but a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders knowing that I know my kids and I will have medical insurance (at least until my reeval).
This forum has been invaluable during this process, thanks to everyone that posted answers to my questions, and thank you Jason for creating this forum.
