I’m a cook with fish allergy that’s why I’m on medical board in navy. I’m hearing different things that hey the navy isn’t going to kick you out because that’s nothing serious. My lawyer and like one other person told me the peb can’t cross rate me. Facebook group chat everyone on there said they would. I’m just trying to figure out what happens if I’m found fit because people are saying the peb is gonna cross rate me. Then lawyer and other people are saying they can’t do that. Who would I need to talk to that has the right answer so I can know for sure what happens to me if I’m found fit?

The USN leans toward fit. Technically a fish allergy as a cook should be unfitting, but the USN has a record of ignoring facts. Remember everything is waiverable in the military.
Being prepared for either outcome is the best strategy. But not so prepared that you invest money, you can't afford to lose, in either option. Plan A and Plan B must be on the table.

I understand that I could be found fit for duty. I just wanna know what happens if I am found fit. Am I going back to be a CS with restrictions or is the peb just gonna give me a whole new job? My lawyer said the peb can give me a new job all they do is say fit or unfit. I know some other people say the job peb will give me a new job. Im just trying to get the right answer so I can at least know hey if I im found fit I have to go back to be a cs or whatever. Your detailer will have to find you a job that allows you to not be exposed to your allergen. He/she will not be happy.
