Once my findings come back and I’m unfit do I get orders or paperwork like for getting out to where I could do my apartment to break the lease? How long does it take to get them once you receive your findings?

Once my findings come back and I’m unfit do I get orders or paperwork like for getting out to where I could do my apartment to break the lease? How long does it take to get them once you receive your findings?

Once you have orders you can break the lease but you have to follow SCRA procedures. Meaning you much give a 30 day notice in WRITING. That's very important along with a copy of your orders. So until you have orders you don't want to do anything. As soon as you have orders give them notice in writing with orders with AT LEAST 30 days notice and you will be good.
