What should I expect from my peblo in the beginning?

Should I receive a initial counseling that covers the process and expectations?

Honestly, not much. The PEBLO’s job is to coordinate the process on behalf of the service. The PEBLO is not your counselor. Each service provides free legal counsel. I suggest early in the process you talk to the paralegal for guidance.
