Physicals

Hello All, so I think I have been screwed. My VA appointments were scheduled a week long at the same facility. I received a phone call from QTC(Va medical contractor) and advised since I have my appointments with at the same place, do I mind if I complete all the same day. Initially I thought it was a good idea because I wouldn’t have to drive back and forth to the same place. I also received a list of my claims from QTC to fill out and explain my conditions, how they affect my daily life and how they affect my job performance. My problem is, my physicals did not take more than 30mins. I’m thinking the doctor might use everything I wrote on those forms because He pretty much made me move my legs, and tried to bend over, asked a few questions, maybe 5-6 questions about my health and that was it. Most of my battle buddies who went through this same process said they spent about 8 hours just for the physical and now I feel lost and confused. I’m not sure what am asking but anyone went through this?

It happens sometimes, especially if you have a huge medical history supporting your claim. Sometimes they just need to see you as courtesy or verification. But they’ll base on your medical history

Clinicians usually mark off 45 minutes on their schedule for a physical. That 45 minutes includes time for examination AND documentation. Some C&P items go very quickly. Wait for your results. If you disagree with outcome you can:
1. For unfitting conditions, file a VARR.
2. For fitting condiotns, file an appeal.

My exam took about 1:20. My case was VERY complex. My ratings percentages were spot on. My case had 40+ contentions. My medical records were about four feet high.
