Possible approval

I had submitted my CRSC packet a few weeks ago to big Army. When I go into Mypay, under Annual or changed RAS I see a statement from when I was retired in 23. I was paid that amount my first month while waiting for my VA to kick in. Yesterday, I logged in and see a new statement, dated for Sunday the 7th for 1,311. My partial retirement would have been 1,311 and what i am claiming on CRSC would add up to 100% of my retirement pay.

What I am asking is, does this new statement mean it has been approved?
I do not see anything under the CRSC tab on Mypay yet.

Interesting, I logged into mypay today as well and i see an Annual or Changed RAS statement dated 7 DEC 2025, i havent seen one of these since 2020 when i got out... I dont see anything for my CRSC in mypay or iperms either...

I wonder...

Even if you submitted it 8-10 weeks ago, it would not be approved that quickly. Check iPERMS to see if there is an approval memo there, I've seen stranger things happen lol

Especially with the shutdown AND HRC dealing with the Soto v US Interim Guidance, they didn't start processing claims again until a week or so after the gov't opened up and are stating 120-150 business days to complete.

I'm pretty sure its the annual RAS that shows the new COLA increase. I got a new one dated 12/7/25 showing the old and new COLA Gross Pay, VA Waiver, Net Pay etc. If you scroll down to the "Messages" Section under the General Tab or the 2nd page if printed. It will say "YOUR NEW PAY INCLUDES A x.x% COST-OF-LIVING-INCREASE."

CRSC information doesn't show on the "Annual or Changed RAS" section. Only under the "CRSC Pay Statement" if you get any pay. I have a O3 buddy who got original CRSC approval letter but since his DoD Residual is higher than his earned pension, he doesn't get a CRSC monthly pay statement.

update.
Dec. 3, 2025 - CRSC Application received by HRC
Feb. 1, 2026 - 60 business day email.
Mar. 18, 2026 - Iperms, Application was denied because I used adobe to sign my packet and not a "wet" signature. Had to resign and submit a CRSC form 12e.

I mean, yes, maybe i shouldve actually signed it with a pen. I do not recall it saying anywhere that you can not use an electronic signature. Maybe im wrong.
When they returned it, there were 2 pages attached that had calculations on it. looks like TIS, Pay lines and all that jazz. Is that a good sign? Is it a good sign, that all they denied was my signature and nothing else?

States right on HRC's page that it MUST be wet-signed.

So to mix things up, I actually used Foxit, cheaper and I drew my signature which you can do so my packet was a digital signature with my drawn signature. So that seems to pass muster with the Army. I have my approval packet saved on my phone and just double checked.
