Pre-MEB from Korea with no leave en route...how to house hunt?

Hello. This is my first time posting, but I couldn't find anything like the question I had so I apologize if this has been addressed. I was hit with an unexpected MEB recently. I'm stationed in Korea and my PCM sent up my Commander's statement last week and said I should be on assignment within 2 weeks and PCS to WTU within 2 months since my condition is uncomplicated. Well Army makes everything complicated. A little history...My husband is on a Command Sponsored tour with our 2 girls in Korea, I'm on an unaccompanied tour with a common DEROS extension so I could spend the 2 years here as well. (Army refused me CSP or JD and we've been enrolled in MACP 1.5years prior to arrival) We're attempting an Early Return of Dependents but regardless my children are coming with me if we have to pay out of pocket. Ok so my real question is since I'm not authorized leave en route, does anyone know if I'll be allowed anytime to house hunt? I requested Fort Bragg and I know there's some really bad parts of Fayetteville so I want to physically see the home I'm renting and childcare I'm requesting (on post is a year wait for my girls). Any experience or words of wisdom will be greatly appreciated! My husband is from about 30mins outside Fayetteville but since he has to finish his tour prior to joining me I will be on my own.

You can ask your current unit to authorize 10days of permissive TDY which will be annotated on your DA 31, if they refuse, you can contact your gaining unit and request it.
