Preparing for MSC

I have an appointment with my MSC on Monday. I understand I need to have my list of diagnoses ready. Is there anything else I should prepare for? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
 
If you have children have their socials and other information ready as well as your bank info. And basically your stuff that you want to claim that’s pretty much it. Should be an easy appointment.

Go through your medical records and start a list of conditions that you have to be included for VA C&P exams.
