Hello everyone,
I've seen the posts and quick responses so I would like to start with a thank you to all in advance.
I have a question regarding timelines of a slight different nature. I have noticed that timelines regarding some of the documentation used in these processes appears to vary greatly from PEBLO to PEBLO. I myself have be put into positions to sign off on things with little or no time to confir with others or to educate myself.

Does anyone have information as to the time allowed to sign (Commit) and return any of the items below? If there are some that I did not list please feel free to add them regardless of branch of service.

SF502

MMRB

DA3947 - 3 working days to concur/nonconcur and submit a written appeal stating why/what they disagree with on the MEB.

DA199 - The Soldier is given ten (10) calendar days to concur or nonconcur.

Formal Hearing Notification - I beleive I had 24 hr. Fortuantely I already had a plan in action but considering the info given on the notice a SM could have a hard time finding guidance to make an educated decision within 24 hrs.

DA5893 - This form lists nearly 60 items that a SM must be educated on. I have heard of a few days down to <8 hrs. It requires counseling by a knowledgeable person.

There are others that would be great to have timelines on such as to apply for COAD/COAR, MMRB docs, etc.

Again, thank you!
