Proposed ratings not finalized yet….

Called the VA and this is what they said the status of my claim was. Does this mean they have sent my proposed ratings back to the PEB or does it mean they are still evaluating them?
 
i was in the same boat, until i finally got mine 2 weeks ago, sounds like your waiting on the army to give you back the rating

about a month or 2 and it was a pain to figure out what was happening
 
Mine was pushed to the VA two weeks ago for ratings and when I call I just get the normal "IDES" response script. Hopefully soon you will get some good news. The worst part is when you have a less than responsive PEBLO or MSC and when you reach out or around are played to be the bad guy. I think there is obviously some complexity to everything as each case/packet is different for why you are in the process in the first place. Just would be nice to get a single line email when things have moved from one place to another and a generalized timeline with it.
 
Yeah, this process is a pain. I am being as patient as I can be, but life is waiting on the other side of this, and it is hard to plan anything when no one is reaching out.
 
Just spoke with my MSC and he stated that my stuff was with a rater right now. He also said this new administration has taken its toll on the raters and they have been short-handed. He said their ides caseload is pretty overwhelming.

I figured that would be the case with the layoffs and downsizing. Hopefully it doesn’t affect a fair and honest rating on our cases.
 
Finally got my MSC to respond this morning. Looks like I have been assigned a rater. Said the same thing we agreed upon above that it could be done next week or longer depending on caseload.
 
Hopefully its done for you soon!
