Active duty AF. Been in 4 and a half years, around 1 year left on contract. I got diagnosed with psoriasis in November. Started biologic in Jan, failed Humira, now on Skyrizi. Med board started. Commander and medical both gave do not retain as I had to move to an admin role out of my maintenance role due to flare ups. Package sent to afpc on may 20th. Still waiting to see what will happen. Will I get full med board with a case like this?

Yup, you'll likely get a full medboard. Biologics make you non-deployable, which brings continued service into question.
Some folks (particularly in AF/SF) have been able to stay in, but had to fight for it. If you want to go that route, you'll probably want to hire a lawyer.
