Question about timeline steps for IDES/IPEB

Hey guys!
I post on here a lot! This site is extremely helpful. I have a question that just came to mind.
My PEBLO submitted my 618/package to AFPC on Monday the 10th. (I haven’t gotten an email from AFPC yet) BUT I called the V.A. and they see an update was made on the 10th in the system, so they’re tracking.

MY QUESTION:
does the V.A. rate me first and then the DES for DOD? OR does IPEB find me unfit, then rate me for DOD and then send it to the V.A.?

the V.A. has all my records, QTC exams and all of that. It’s been sitting there since January 17

anyone have any idea of how long I should wait to hear back for ratings? I claimed 18 conditions. Most back related and joints like knees/hips/ankles/shoulders because I had back surgery a few times and now struggle to sleep daily, so I’m constantly aching

And when does the DOD rating get issued? Once the VA ratings are back?

Yes, the VA rates all claimed conditions and the DOD mirrors their rating for the referred unfitting condition only.

That’s perfect! And how soon will it take for orders to be developed for me? How long does that take?
