Does the army rate you base on the injury you getting MEB for or do they base it on all the injuries you are claiming?

You go through the MEB for the "referred" disability, but are evaluated in it's entirety and receive ratings from the VA for all Disabilities and a rating for your service injury under DoD

The VA rates all "service connected" injuries/illnesses.
DoD rates injuries/illnesses that make a member "unfit" for continued service. Each service has a piblication that list what is unfitting, that guidance can be found in the resource tab of this website.
