There is no rating for chronic, painful arterial thrombosis. This has advanced to CRPS. No intervention aside from indefinite anticoagulation. My CRPS is uncontrolled, though no nerve damage discovered on EMG. I did not come across any analogous codes. Surely I’m not the only one who has dealt with this career ender.
