I signed my findings on March 8th, how long does it take PERS to issue my separation/retirement orders? Is there a way to speed up the process?

Everything in PEB process is slow. There is only one thing that speeds up a PEB and that is very serious combat injuries.
Following because I signed my stuff the 3rd and haven't gotten it yet, but have seen stuff where people signed the same day and got theirs back. Also AD Navy
I have multiple, bilateral serious injuries as well as serious mental health issues.
You can apply with your PEBLO for expedited handling. It is important to consider that jumping to head of the line means others get pushed back.

I spoke with someone at my MTF, they said each week, separation orders come out in batches of TDRL and PDRL. So, if this week 15 people were put on TDRL and 13 people on PDRL they will issue orders in batches and all the TDRL people will get the same separation date, same with the PDRL people. So that makes me feel better.
You did not imply anything. I was being frank, hopefully not offensively so. There are situations that are appropriate to push for expedited handing. I do not know your situation.
I have anxiety attacks so bad that every day I come to work covered in vomit, as my severe anxiety makes me throw up. I don’t want to go into what my chain of command does to me as they may be reading this.
