"Review of Evidence"

Hello everyone!

I've been stuck in limbo with "Review of Evidence" for a good minute or two now, my question is typically how long does this take? I have ONE disqualifying condition, which is DDD. I'm just so ready to get out and move on with my life.

Honestly it depends on lots of factors, namely where your package is, and where it was at in the que with the shutdown. if your not over the 120 days mark from when you were found unfit, then your still inside your window.
 
eBenefits does not mean dick. Mine has never said anything but gathering of evidence. My 199 has already been completed.
 
I have 1 unfitting condition as well. My packet was sent to DRAS on 27 Aug and it still says "Review of Evidence" I called the 800# and they said it may never be updated. This process is stressful!
 
Stressful very much!!! Better to just say to yaself it can take up to 200 days or so after unfit to get ratings so you won't stress yourself wondering why its taking so long

Thats 200 days of being financially stable!!

I have a couple more questions, what's the 800 number I can call to check the status? Also, what's left to do after I get my 199?

200 days of financial stability unless you are a Military Tech in the Guard/Reserve and are getting furloughed every few months...lol

Yes can check your status if you speak to a "good" representative. Some of them will only give u a "general" response.

Got one unfitting and 11 claims. Sent to VA 18 Apr. Its Oct and I'm at Pending decision approval
