My husband's ebenefits changed to pending decision approval yesterday. He tried to call his Peblo to see what she could see. Of course, she didnt answer. He called his original Peblo and asked him to look. He pulled up my hudband's case and said he thought the VA would have been done with the ratings and sent them back to the PEB by now. When he looked the case up in the system it just says "safe". The peblo has no clue what that means. Anyone know?

first thing in the a.m @ 8 o'clock eastern time call 18008271000 and hit 0 0 4 on you dial pad, and a VA rep should be able to tell you if your husband proposed rating were released back to PEB, have your husband social # number handy so they can pull-up his file..

BigNes- SAFE is the secure, electronic information system that the PEB and the VA use to share information. When a case is ready to be sent for a rating, the PEB uploads the required documents into the SAFE system and sends it to the VA. The same happens when the rating is completed. The VA uplaods the ratings into SAFE and sends it to the PEB.
