Severance payback

I was rated at 20%/ severance pay and want to appeal to the PDBR. What happens to the severance pay.

If you end up getting retirement (=>30%) then they will hold pay/back pay till the amount has been satisfied. Or you can pay it all at once. However if they rate you 0% 10% then everything will remain the same (you keep what ya got).
