I am hoping to get some help and guidance. I am currently a CPT in the army and am being retired due to multiple injuries. I have been working on getting approved for my skillbridge with my dream company for the last several months and finally started last week and expected to end mid November when my command approval time frame is over. The problem I am facing is that my DA 199 came back today and I am being told by my PEBLO that I have to come back and begin clearing immediately. My command hasnt given me guidance yet and I havent had the opportunity to speak to them. The PEBLO said I will then get 14 days to clear installation, 10 days ptdy, and then my terminal leave. I was under the impression I had 90 days to be fully out of the Army once my final percentages came back unless I get a hardship extension approved by HRC. I was planning to finish my skillbridge and then clear installation between 17 Nov and 4 Dec and sell my remaining leave dates so that I can be out within the 90day window. Where or who should I start to speak to in order to try to make this work or is there any paperwork I can get the command to do as the company and BDE commanders have been more than willing to help me. I have seen some 4187s but those were all for the HRC extensions. Any help or guidance in the right direction is appreciated as I dont want to give up this skillbridge that I've been working so hard to get the last few months.
