I completely understand 5 weeks Thursday waiting for my 199. Not able to provide a concrete timeline to an employer, but then the Army says you have 90 days to get out and take care of your family..... all this because of a system?? 3 months and no solution? Terrible

I think I'll be okay if my peblo provided a weekly or bi weekly update hopefully in the future for other soldiers it'll be a more faster easier system..
I waited 9 weeks to get my 199. When I called the PEB they told me they technically have 100 days to get the 199 complete. I know it's not good news but it eases that waiting game stress knowing that there is nothing we can do to speed it upI completely understand 5 weeks Thursday waiting for my 199. Its alot of us feeling that pain. I already found a job and I am ready to start working with them. At this point, I dont know who has my packet and not getting any updates is the worst. Even a tiny bit of info would be helpful. I wish they did a queue that showed what number we are in line. Or a portal that connected all moving parts of the entire IDES process.
I'm feel the same way.. it's too much
