Still waiting on my 199 since 13 of Nov....What can i do?

My VA rating arrived to PEB on 13 November 2013. I have made contact with my pueblo since them and every time we speak, he advise me that they are not in. When I spoke today, he told me that he is not sure why they have not been received by him because they were submitted to PEB on the 13th. Is their anything that I can do or someone I can contact to make this process go a lot smoother/quicker?
I am currently station at Ft. Lewis, WA.

Sometimes at JBLM it takes 30-60 days for the 199 to be completed after the VA sends the ratings back to the PEB. JBLM only has 2 DA199 writers and they only have one on duty during the holidays, the other is on vacation. You should be hearing something in the next two weeks.
 
sigh:/ I just see other people on this post that was bell ( if u I am spelling this right) was accepted on 13 of November and still nothing but others have been received after that day and they got their before mines. I am anxious and just need to be patience I guess.
