Hello, my name is Ryan and I am in the army. I hit my head on a jump a year ago and shit hit the fan. I was diagnosed with PCS (Post Concussion Syndrome) and Migranes. Also cognitive impairments such as memory loss and depression/anxiety as well as PTSD. They’re talking about sending me through meb but they are worried my case won’t stick considering my “conditions” are not yet resolved. Honestly I don’t care what happens, I just hate uncertainty. If anyone has any tips or guidance it would be greatly appreciated.

Not being resolved does not prohibit and MEB.

From my understanding all the MEB/PEB process cares about us wether you are fit or unfit for duty. With this in mind, how can you decide if someone is truly fit with no proper diagnosis?

The VA C&P examiner will make a diagnosis and document the severity of symptoms. The VA will rate you.
