I was MEB’d a little over my 20 year mark. My ratings were 70 TDLR and 100 P/T.
It’s been about a year so i believe i’m coming up on review.
If my “new” TDLR rating comes comes back LESS than 70. Does my retirement pay decrease even if i was over 20 yrs. I contacted my peblo and below was her reply. how would i know if my retirement was based on 70 percent.
No - not retirement pay - only disability. The Air Force cannot take away what you have already earned. However if your retirement pay is based on 70% and the IPEB comes back and states you are better and you are at 50 percent - then yes it will impact your pay on the military side of the house.
