Hello, I have a question about TDRL or PDRL. On my NARSUM, I have 3 unfitting conditions. PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder and Inflammatory Arthritis. However, all these conditions have a Prognosis Statement: It is unlikely that there will be a significant change in the Soldier's disability level in the next 1-5 years.
Has anyone got this and maybe PDRL, or it all depends.
I was able to find out that Arthritis is permanent, but any Mental Health conditon by law is TDRL. Also I was able to see some rare cases on here with MH conditions put on PDRL 1st time.

▶On Leave til-30MAY2016
▶Met with Pueblo-07JUN2016
▶Met with VA Rep-09JUN2016
Had 5 Appts. with VA
▶1stN2nd Appt.BH n TBI-28JUN2016
▶3rd Hearing-29JUN2016
▶4th Vision-30JUN2016
▶Final P Exam-08JUL2016
▶Call from Dr. to go over NARSUM-19JUL2016
▶Call from Pueblo to review NARSUM-20JUL2016, I have til 26JUL2016 to sign it.
▶NARSUM Signed-25AUG2016
▶Assigned to WTU-09AUG2016
▶Recieved Unfit Memo-12AUG2016
