So today I got my results back, I was at 100% t&p with the va and 30% DOD, the dod sent me an email saying they want to remove me from tdrl and cut me with 10% severance. I was diagnosed in the Marines with UC which is an incurable disease, and I am on biologics for it. Is there someone I can call to determine if I should appeal or not ? As well as if I don’t appeal and sign what will change ? thanks in advance !

I appealed and am going through a formal board, my re evaluation doc even stated that I should be medically retired and that my condition is unlikely to improve. No reason why a permanent disease like ulcerative colitis should not be placed on PDRL.
