I will be starting terminal leave February 23rd but I’m still waiting on my leave packet to be signed because of the 20 permissive tdy days my question is while I’m on terminal leave will i receive bah & bas ? How does that work ? I’m single with no dependents
 
Your pay and allowances will be the same as they are right now. You will also accrue leave while on leave.

I’m not receiving bah or bas right now , so will i receive them when i start leave ?
 
No, did they every pay you BAH and BAS while you were on leave before?
 
You will even earn leave while on leave, Permissive or Ordinary
