Hello all,
So, my packet was sent to D.C. last week to be reviewed by the PEB. I was told it will be 4-6 weeks. I have some questions.
First the background information. I have an intervertabra herniation and sacrolitis and spondylesis and degenertive disc disease with depletion of plasma and finally myogia. The spelling is awful I know. Anyway, these disorders are common for the back on this forum as I have been reading.
I did my ROM and had a forward flexion of the thoralumbar spine of 68%.
From my understanding according to the ratings worksheet given to me by my PEBLO, I qualify for 10% due to my ROM forward flexion of being between 45 deg and 85 deg.
I dont believe that any of my other conditions qualify any % due to the lack of SIQ time pertaining to the sacrolitis and spondylesis and myogia as is stated in the ratings worksheet under the spine.
Can anyone tell me whether they will definately find me unfit and grant 10% due to my ROM?
You guys are the best!
Cheers!
