i was accepted by the PEB on October 2nd and found unfit on the 8th I believe. Also still waiting on the claim to close with the VA.
Mine closed for n Nov6 and I’m still waiting on the PEBLO to release the findings. The VA and PEB are moving slow. But from what it looks like it’s moving again. Probably until Christmas. Then there will be a couple weeks of nothing

Seems like September PEB submissions are wrapping up now. I got my disposition today. My VA case took around 90 days from submission to case closed.
Yeah no movement that I can see. My msc is contacting drab (raters for the medboard stuff) to try and expedite my claim because I have a conditional job offer right now. They only thing that has changed is in my claim letter section I could see the form that was sent to the rating office for the information request from my dqbs. I can no longer see that letter but I don't think that means much
Gotcha. Well here's to hoping you get some traction. I called a earlier today and VA said that I was in the prep for decision phased with a rater assigned. Couldn't or wouldn't give me any finer details. Did you have to write anything up for the conditional offer or was it just an ask? I have one job lined up and they are patiently waiting, im sure they would love to have me sooner.
I just called and told my msc about it he didn't ask anything but reading the forums I've seen people have had to give the who what where and why for it. I was hoping to be out by January but probably looking at feb or march
That was me. My final paperwork was waiting on a signature from the Army PEB. My PEBLO kept telling me we just had to wait. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor and suddenly there was a way to expedite my case. My PEBLO put my job offer into a 5 W's format in a PDF submitted it and boom...had my disposition the next day (today). I wouldn't have been so pushy but I was supposed to be out in September or October. I had zero appeals and my case took almost a full year.

Just got them to email it. It even breaks down all the claimed conditions which I wasn't expecting it to. Very happy with the results.
What letter did you ask for? The one I got emailed to me only had the final percentage and the monetary amount.
I just called and asked if i could have my proposed ratings emailed to me. Mine was about 21 pages. It listed the rating for each claim, as well as why the decision was made, and what would be needed to elevate it.

As far as I know, that letter gets generated the same day that the entire package gets sent back to the PEB, so the next step is QA and final letter generation then sent FORAC to the PEBLO.
