Transferring to Another MTF

Hi everyone, I am seeking a little advice. How do I ask our request to be transfer to another MTF to continue with my MEB process? Preferably my old station. I currently serving an unaccompanied tour but it seems it will be a long process, one being that my medication records have been lost. I don't want to pick a quick fast pick with less options, but a good process that will benefit me and my family in the long run. My wife and I will be separated longer than a year and this has put stressed on her. She is taking care of things back home by herself and it's taking a toll. Any advice will be greatly appreciated, thank you.
