unfortunately there is no set timeline. It varies based on each case and their workload.

Thanks for the reply. Mine is weird because 186 pages of one of my rebuttal supporting documents were missing from my FPEB official case file. Thank goodness my attorney and I caught this prior and added the missing documents as evidence in my hearing. I learned today that the mistake occurred between the IPEB and FPEB.
