Began medical board back in early Feb of 2021
Feb 28: Claims were processed through the VA
May 10th: On MOL I received a notification that the PEB has accepted my case. I was told from my PEBLO that I should hear my results within 4 months.
May 18th: I received a notification through ebenefits that my claims were processed and “pending decision approval”
I called the 1800 number for the VA to see if I can see my proposed ratings, and they were sent to DC at 60%
I haven’t heard any news from my PEBLO, and I’ve tried emailing her a dozen times the last few weeks to see if I should be hearing my decision anytime soon. My DES lawyer also will not give me a straight answer either other than, “you should be hearing the results soon”. Also, my DES lawyer says the PEB received all of my VA findings in April, rather than what my MOL says. I’m hoping I will hear from the PEB any day now, but not sure if anyone in late April or early May have gotten back their results yet.
