VA “Decision Phase”?

My case is currently with the PEB and after seeing some comments on here I called the VA to see if I had any claims and their status. They said my case is currently in “decision phase”.

Does this mean I was found unfit and my case was sent to VA? My PEBLO said he hasn’t received any information from the PEB yet.

Thanks for all your help on here everyone, this forum has been much help through out the process.
 
How long did it take for you to receive your PEB finding and ratings after you called the VA? It seems like some Peblo's hold off providing the PEB finding until the proposed ratings are back as well..
 
Mine is taking two months since the PEB received my ratings, and my PEBLO has not disclosed any proposed or possible DoD ratings, and strangely will not confirm my VA ratings - which I received on April 20th. I only get, "Didn't you alredy receive them from the VA?" Kind of weird.
