I am 3 years in the reserves, no deployment or active duty time other than Basic/AITor Annual Training. I am currently in the medboard process through Army Reserve and it says non-duty PEB. For reservists, to get COE, we need to make 6 good years of service or at least 90 or 180 I believe days active duty orders. But none apply to me. I am got BH profile with pulse 3 and getting referred to non-duty PEB.
