How long does take to claim pass Pending Decision Approval and complete the rating?
How I can get that copy beside get it from my PEBLO or MSC?

Once they receive your unfit memo it can take 1-2 months maybe longer in some cases, once they complete the they send it back to PEB to type up your 199]

Now ive heard rumors that if you get lucky a VA rep from the 1800# will fax you a copy but if not then you will have to wait for you PEBLO

Mine has never changed and my memo sent on Jan11

I do know that the D-RAS (VA) in Seattle is currently backlogged and are trying to get additional personnel to assist with the workload. Depending on whether your exams are adequate or not and the complexity of your injuries, it can take anywhere between 6 - 8 weeks to get a rating back. I am pretty sure it may be the same for the other D-RASs.

The best thing to do is find out if they have received your case for a rating. You can either call them to make an inquiry or ask your PEBLO to see if you have a VA preliminary start date. You will get it faster if you have your PEBLO look it up. If you have a VA preliminary start date, 9 out 10 times it means that the VA has received your case and a VA Reviewing Officer is actively working it, unless your exams were inadequate. If your exams were inadequate, you can still have a VA preliminary start date, however, your rating will be held up until they receive the necessary information they need from your MSC before moving forward with your rating.

RO's that handles IDES has a department that only handles IDES claims

6-8 weeks is pretty normal after they get unfit memo

I'm not as unlucky as others but starting to feel that way. My claim was received by va on dec 4th and found unfit nov 28th. I've been at prep for decision since jan 14th. I have a bad feeling I'm one of those four month waiters.
