VA rated back to peb

I'm not sure if my situation is SOP, but the VA mailed me my "proposed" ratings (over 20 pages of explaination/details) via snail mail to my home address. I actually rec'd it before PEBLO notified me.

In addition, shortly thereafter, I called the 1-800 VA number and the agent looked up my case via my SSN (I had questions about the information the VA sent me). They had a record of my "proposed" ratings, and although I had a copy of them already, they did re-send me a copy of it when I asked the agent over the phone to do so - and this was done without hesitation, too.

The 1-800 VA agent also answered my questions, too.

sorry should have clarified i already know my proposed ratings. i just havent been presented my findings from the peb
 
I am a little confused as to why it is taking the PEB to adjucate on my packet for the 2nd time for almost 4 weeks now... First time they stopped it because of the Forensic Psych appointentments. Since I have no PEBLO for another month, there is no way to find out if the kicked it back again or what...
 
Just to let y'all know, I called Sandy at the PEB this morning and she said thy are not allowed to give us our status anymore. She can only tell us to contact our PEBLO... Bummer

Figures huh? They are probably being bombarded with calls and do not have the assets to assist. That is why we are assigned PEBLOs. They are our direct liaison but now it seems like it is impossible for a lot of people to even get information from them! I'll be honest... I went out of my way to get my own answers if my PEBLO couldn't get them for me. I ended up giving her updates quite a few times. It was frustrating at times, but I in no way had a "bad" PEBLO. A good way to know if your PEB found you unfit is just call the 1-800 VA number. When I did that, I was given the date Seattle received my packet. I already knew I was unfit since my PEBLO contacted me, but if she hadn't done that, by calling the VA and finding out what day they received the PEB results would have been a good indicator that I was found unfit.
