2/16/2023 VA Claim Closed on VA.GOV

When can I expect to receive my new findings (199)? Two more weeks from 2/16? Thanks ahead!

Nothing yet. My VA MSC checked the VA system and said the VA did their portion and forwarded it to the PEB on 2/17. Hopefully this coming week my PEBLO will send the 199. Will update when notified.
 
Are there instances and or circumstances the PEB would dispute/disagree with the VARR findings from the VA? If so, generally what happens?

3/8/2023 Received DA 199. DoD Rating moved up to 30%. VA Rating stayed at 90%
3/9/2023 Meeting with legal to review 199
