Well, I am in Germany and last Friday i signed my appeal stating, I will send my appeal letter and appear in front of the formal board if need be. I just needed some help because i was given 10% with severance pay. That's a no no. Reason being my narsum was all incorrect left out my back pain and my mental disorder was not examine right. I tore my patella playing unit basketball over 2 yrs ago. Two surgeries later, my back is hurting from the intail knee injury because i lander on my back, I have been pychiactric for over and year. Had my back included on the permanent profile but Dr. at PEBLO office would not sign so the only thing that went up is L3. My appeal stated since apr i have been diagnosed with major depression and phobias should of been combine rating right my symtoms are definite at 30.thx mr. everett.

It is hard to say "definite" about ratings. Remember, your conditions have to be unfitting for them to rate them. Do your other conditions keep you from reasonably performing your duties? If they do, you need to try to get that documented with statements from you chain of command or supervisors. Also, evaluation reports or monthly counselings can be helpful in showing unfitness due to other conditions.
