What does NCR mean?

Does anyone know what NCR is my case is at NCR Distribution and the routing reason is VA "hold" if anyone can explan this that would be great.

Your case is fine. I experienced the same status and panicked! I called everyone and PEBLO even made calls just so I'll stop harassing him lol. It just means the PEB is basically waiting for ratings to come back. Don't panic like me @lostinfantryman

What U don't get if why does it take the Peblo so long to inform on unfit if they know like 2 days later?

Some PEBLO don't know you're unfit until they're officially notified. In my case it took my PEBLO a month to find out for some reason

The only reason I know I'm unfit is because I asked to take leave and when my Peblo said yes I replied with so does that mean I was found unfit and she gave me the date I was found unfit.

I assume you are Army. The Army has three PEBs, one at JBLM, one in San Antonio and one in the DC area. The one in DC is known as the NCR PEB. So it sounds like the NCR PEB has pushed you case to the VA for rating. If such is the case, you have been found unfit.
